We’re proud to have been one of the first to offer this device and remain one of the only practices with this next gen laser away from the West or East Coasts. The versatility of the wavelengths, its highly specific and customized micro pulsed dosing laser delivery method, and variable sequential pulsing make it one of the most effective and least painful lasers on the market, while minimizing side effects and down time. The DermaV’s cryogen cooling surrounding each pulse allows for maximum skin protection to minimize side effects or down time without any numbing or gel needed. We consider this laser the next generation V-Beam and Excel V.

What does recovery look like?
Depending on the treatment and condition treated, you can expect redness, mild swelling, and sun sensitivity for a few days to up to a week after treatment. Sun protection and proper post-procedure skin care is a must, and our incredible team at Dallas Derm will walk you through each step and check in on you. Most patients return to work or other activities the next day.
How quickly will I see results?
Most patients see significant improvement a few weeks after one session, but best results can require 2-3 sessions depending on the condition treated, spaced at 1 month intervals.

How Long Do Results Last?
Results from DermaV™ are intended to be permanent. However, the aging process doesn’t stop, and new skin issues may arise over time. Maintenance sessions can be scheduled depending on what is being treated. Our amazing Dallas Derm team will provide you with instructions for caring for your skin following treatment with DermaV™. Staying out of the sun, using daily sunscreen, and caring for your skin conditions will extend the longevity of your results.
